The bill (Reg. No. 7548) does not extend the requirement for using cash registers and paybooks on the sale of medicine and medical goods in the rural areas (with no pharmaceutical institutions) at the feldsher's stations, rural health posts, rural district hospitals, and outpatient departments that have a required license, provided the sale is effected by a person with a medical degree.
